Manuela Sanin grew up in Medellin, Colombia and immigrated to the US at the young age of 10. Upon graduating high school, her deep love for animals led her to believe that being a veterinarian was her path but the future had different plans for her.

She went to Culinary School at 19 and dedicated her life to restaurants, hospitality and food. She began her culinary career by working in neighborhood restaurants in New York City, eventually working her way up to Executive Pastry Sous Chef at Michellin-starred Eleven Madison Park where she lead the pastry team.

Since then, she has consulted with high profile restaurants in New York as well as helped launch a luxury cannabis company in Los Angeles.

Now she has started a new venture: MANSA- a hospitality brand focused on bringing the delicate fine dining experience to you. Here, she puts emphasis on ingredient focused, chef forward, beautifully inspired treats that you can order by reservation only as well as have in your events during life's most important moments.
